Herb Hummus (as read and prepared by Alex Tuller)
1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
1-2 lemons juiced
1-4 cloves garlic* smashed
Olive oil
salt
parsley
chives
Drain chickpeas reserving 1/3 of the liquid from the can for the

Asparagus Risotto (as read on the May 12, 2005 podcast and prepared by Alex Tuller)
4-5 cups Chicken stock
1/2 cup White wine or Vermouth
2-3 T Unsalted Butter
1 T Olive oil
Medium Onion finely chopped
Approx 1-1/2 cups Aborio Rice
6-9 Spears Fresh Asparagus
Parmesan cheese
