1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
1-2 lemons juiced
1-4 cloves garlic* smashed
Olive oil

4-5 cups Chicken stock
1/2 cup White wine or Vermouth
2-3 T Unsalted Butter
1 T Olive oil
Medium Onion finely chopped
Approx 1-1/2 cups Aborio Rice
