We found ourselves between the Olympians and the muses this week, inspired by a dinner with US Poet Laureate Ted Kooser, seeing through the eyes of a tortoise with help from Verlyn Klinkenborg, and running off to join the US Curling Federation, as soon as we find our local branch.
