(One day late due to technical difficulties.)
On this week’s Virtual Hudson Valley we have: Leslie Land on buggy humidity, low-maintenance lawns and the season’s last seedings; we follow up on big bugs (the Dobsonfly) and mountain lions (Alex saw one on the Millbrook Hunt trails) from last week; we traveled a lot and didn’t cook a thing worth eating so there is no recipe for this week’s show – although it is worth noting that I am collecting the last of the wild strawberries and the first of the wild black raspberries for my breakfast; Cari Swanson drops by the studio and answers a question about what makes a horse and rider harmonious, H.G. Wells shows us that the more things change the more we sound the same as people did 100 years ago, and of course, we have Ilana Papele and the Dutchess County Arts Council with this week’s events calendar. Tune in and enjoy the show.
