June 9, 2005 Podcast

Summertime, but I’m not so sure the living is easy. Lots and lots to do. That’s why we are so excited to have so many visitors who took time for today’s show. We have Leslie Land, live and in person, in the studio for her garden report. We have an interview with local horse professional Betsy Tyler. We enjoy a crisp of stolen rhubard by Alex Tuller. We have a reading of a short poem by Taras Shevchenko, both in the original Ukrainian and in translation. And, of course, we have the Hudson Valley events calendar. Ilana Papele joins us in the studio for that, plus we have events from the Dutchess County Arts Council. Enjoy!
